Immediate connection to the Oracle Transcription digital dictation platform can be made from any phone via our toll-free telephone numbers provided. After recording your voice message, the voice files are automatically sent to Oracle Transcription Remote Management Interface (RMI) system (powered by BayScribe). Then our certified medical transcriptionist transcribe your voice into text which can be reviewed and edited.

The process begins with the clinician dictating his or her notes into a handheld digital recorder from most handhelds/portable Digital Voice Recorder.  The recorder is then placed into a cradle connected to a PC that downloads the audio files.  The voice files are then uploaded to our RMI technology via a secured Internet connection.  Voice files are then captured by our certified medical transcriptionist for processing.

From a PC-based Digital Dictation System, clinicians can even dictate using our PC-based digital dictation system which saves their voice files directly onto our system.
